Children visited Blenheim for a monarchy workshop and took part in three activities. Firstly, the Duke's butler gave us an interesting talk about his role at the palace. Children were able to ask questions, and it was fascinating to hear his stories. Next we followed a trail through the palace, hunting for royal connections in each room. We were very lucky to have a preview of the beautifully decorated Christmas trees. Finally children worked in five teams to complete a carousel of activities to test knowledge of British history.
